Building a house - from scratch - part 1

In our new photo - documented series we will bring you the realization of one of our projects. This is the house C2, which you can see in our finished projects or interior here. Land plot was sloping, we take advantage of it so that the house is situated on the far end from the street, allowing up an entire building to be palced 3 meters above the street level and to use the cut in the hillside to build a basement with a minimum volume of excavation.  In the first part we will show you excavation, construction of foundations, basement slab and waterproofing understructure..
