Location: Bratislava

When designing this house we planned future adjustments in the disposition, therefore, now children's room has two entrance doors. While children are younger, it is appropriate to have a large space shared together, but when they are older, simple wall will cut this room into two separate student rooms. Orientation of the rooms is ideal, the master bedroom is located in the quietest part of the house, farthest from the street. Sunlight enters this room only at sunrise, so the temperature is ideal during hot summer days without air conditioning. The daily area of the house is facing west, causing that interior stays cool during the summer days but there is a lot of sunlight after the arrival of owners from work. The whole house was designed to minimize the need to use stairs, so the only rooms in the basement is a garage and storage.
